Returns and cancellations

Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206, if the Customer is a consumer (an actual person buying goods for themselves and not for professional ends, who makes their purchase without indicating a VAT number) they have the right to cancel their purchase contract.

A quick to read summary of the procedure for exercising the Right to cancel is included below.
However we would like to inform you that the detailed conditions are described in the Terms and Conditions of sale.

PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
In the case that you have purchased items from the website www.alteaweb.it and wish to cancel this purchase, you must follow this simple procedure:

1. Send a letter by registered post with return receipt to ALTEA S.r.l. Via Vincenzo Monti 8 - 20123 Milan, Italy, within 14 working days of the date of receiving the goods notifying ALTEAWEB of your wish to cancel your purchase.

2. Advance notification of this communication must be made by e-mail to altea@alteaweb.it with "Cancellation of purchase" in the subject line.
Once we have received the aforementioned notification we will send you an RMA code.

3. Using a carrier of your choice return the product carefully repackaged in its original packaging and with all its accessories, instruction manuals, and everything originally sent with it.
Insure the parcel against theft and transport damages and pay the relative costs.
On the parcel and its travel documentation you must cite the Returned Goods Authorisation code (RMA) sent to you by ALTEAWEB and send the product to the address indicated by the second working day from the date of receiving the RMA code.

4. ALTEAWEB will proceed to refund the relative cost of the goods returned within 15 working days after the date of receiving the returned goods.

We strongly recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions of sale carefully for the more detailed information concerning our Returns and cancellations policy.
